An Emergency Ordinance to amend Section 4-39 of the Knoxville City Code to authorize certain permitholders to deliver beer directly to customers during the COVID-19 pandemic within the city limits of Knoxville.(Requested by Beer Board Chair Roberto and Councilmember Smith)
