A Resolution approving an appeal by K. Kennedy, T. Lambdin, M. Parker and B. Linkous of the Board of Zoning Appeals' denial of their request for a variance to reduce the minimum distance between a single-family driveway and the intersecting street from 50 feet to 20 feet for corner clearance requirements (Article 11.7.B Table 11-8) for property located at 4110 Sevierville Pike.
