Resolution authorizing Mayor to acquire property for Pleasant Ridge Road Phase II Project
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, in fee simple and for easements within 33 tracts of real property as part of the Pleasant Ridge Road Phase II Project for a total amount not to exceed $650,000.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
