A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation for the Advanced Traffic Management Systems Project, accepting additional grant funding of $6,360,000.00, with no required local match, for a new total amount of $15,345,000.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
