A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Covenant Village, L.P. to award an amount not to exceed $500,000.00 from the Rental Rehabilitation Program Fund for the rehabilitation of 25 affordable housing units for low-income households, located at 322 Forestal Drive.(Requested by Community Development Department)
