Authorize application and acceptance of AARP Community Challenge Grant for William Powell Park

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept an AARP Community Challenge Grant to provide park improvements at William Powell Park in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00 with no matching funds from the City.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
