A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Burlington Commons, L.P. to award an amount not to exceed $1,470,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund for the development of forty-nine affordable housing units for low income households to be located at 4530 Holston Drive.(Requested by Community Development Department)
