Resolution to apply for and accept DoJ grant for bullet-resistant vests for KPD

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Patrick Leahy Bulletproof Vest Partnership grant award of up to $98,723.00 over a two-year period, with a required local match in the like amount, to provide funding for the purchase of bullet-resistant vests for Knoxville law enforcement officers.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
