A Resolution authorizing the submission of the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development and the 2020-2021 Annual Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any required documents under the Community Development Block Grant, Home Investment Partnerships Act and Emergency Solutions Grant Programs.(Requested by Community Development Department)
