Authorize agreement with Helen Ross McNabb Center for behavioral health pilot program

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Helen Ross McNabb Center, Inc. for a pilot program to strengthen law enforcement and behavioral health partnerships and ensure public safety and continuity of care for those in behavioral health crises, in an amount not to exceed $95,000.00 for a one-year term, with the option to renew the agreement for two additional one-year terms.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
