Appropriate $1,550 to Knoxville Symphony for in-school performances

An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $1,550.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Knoxville Symphony Society, Inc. to be utilized toward providing in-school performances for Knoxville schools.(Requested by Vice Mayor McKenzie and Councilmembers Roberto, Singh, Fugate, and Testerman)
