Authorize acquisition of property for Northwest Greenway Connector Project
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property in fee simple and for easements by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, within certain real property located at 4901 Ball Camp Pike for $80,500.00, as part of the Northwest Greenway Connector Project.(Requested by Departments of Engineering and Parks & Recreation)
