Apply for and accept 2020 Project Safe Neighborhoods Grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept the 2020 Project Safe Neighborhoods Grant from the Tennessee Office of Criminal Justice Programs, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00, for funding of the Knoxville Police Department's Forensic Unit staff training and equipment to enhance gun crime investigations and prosecutions.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
