Authorize Mayor to amend agreement with KCDC for Five Points Revitalization Project Phase IV

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement to Reinstate, extend, and amend Document No. C19-0294, an agreement with Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation for Phase IV of the Five Points Revitalization Project, to reinstate the agreement, extend its term through June 30, 2021 and amend the funding amount to increase the funding by $226,434.00, for a new total contract amount not to exceed $1,535,770.00.(Requested by Community Development Department)
