Authorize Mayor to accept proposal from Midwest Casualty Company for excess workers' compensation insurance

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept a proposal from Midwest Casualty Company to provide excess workers' compensation insurance coverage for City of Knoxville employees and K-Trans Management, Inc. employees for a one-year period at a premium not to exceed a corresponding percentage of annual payroll that is currently estimated to be $183,320.00.(Requested by Employee Benefits/Risk Management Department)
