Authorize Mayor to acquire property for Texas Avenue Sidewalk Project
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, in fee simple and for easements within four tracts of real property as part of the Texas Avenue Sidewalk Project for a total amount not to exceed $125,000.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
