An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $10,000.00 from the Community Empowerment Budget and donating same to Alliance House Community Coalition to be utilized toward events and outreach focused on providing resources for people in poverty and those underserved in jobs, health care and services.(Requested by Office of Community Empowerment)
