An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $6,400.00 from the Community Empowerment Budget and donating same to A 1 Learning Connections to assist in providing after school academic and healthy living enrichment services for low-income, at-risk students and their families at Austin East High School and Vine Middle Magnet School and implementing a program for parents who are African immigrants.(Requested by Office of Community Empowerment)
