Appropriate $10,000 from Public Service Dept to Trees Knoxville for Urban Tree Canopy assessment

An Ordinance appropriating $10,000.00 from the Public Service Department's budget to Trees Knoxville to complete an Urban Tree Canopy (UTC) assessment to better understand baseline conditions of tree canopy and its changes over time, its distribution of trees and value of the urban forest, and facilitate the importance of urban trees during planning processes in partnership with Trees Knoxville, Knoxville Utilities Board, and the Tennessee Division of Forestry.(Requested by Public Service Department)
