A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property in fee simple and for easements by purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, as part of the Sevier Avenue Streetscapes Project for a total amount not to exceed $350,000.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
