Resolution authorizing Industrial Development Board to accept payments in lieu of taxes from Greystar Development East, LLC
A Resolution authorizing the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville to negotiate and accept from Greystar Development East, LLC payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes with respect to real property located at 2120 and 2112 Cumberland Avenue, 817 South 21st Street, and 2101, 2109, 2113 and 2119 Lake Avenue, and finding that such payments are deemed to be in furtherance of the public purposes of the Board as defined in Tennessee Code Annotated Section 7-53-305.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment)
