A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Volunteer Ministry Center, Inc. to award an amount not to exceed $1,440,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund for the development of 48 affordable housing units for very low income households to be located at 1501 East Fifth Avenue.(Requested by Community Development Department)
