Resolution: Donation Agreement with BCBST for Morningside Park improvements

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Donation Agreement and to execute any other documents necessary with BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee Foundation for the donation of playground equipment, park upgrades, and related maintenance services at Morningside Park valuing approximately $5,520,000.00 and to express the City's appreciation and gratitude for said donation.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
