An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $2,550.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Keep Knoxville Beautiful, Inc. toward the Go Green box take home environmental activity program.(Requested by Councilmember Smith, Roberto, Rider, Thomas, Fugate, and Testerman)
