An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $3,550.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Community Shares, Inc., serving as fiscal agent on behalf of Next Step Initiative to be utilized toward ongoing outreach and equipment needs.(Requested by Councilmembers Smith, Roberto, Singh, Rider, Thomas, Fugate, and Testerman)
