Amend contract with New Flyer of America for charging infrastructure

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to Contract No. C-20-0147 between the City of Knoxville and New Flyer of America, Inc. so as to increase the individual bus price by $29,256.02 and the equipment cost by $9,820.00 to pay for charging rails on each new electric bus and the installation of more extensive charging infrastructure at the KAT facility.(Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
