Emergency Ordinance: restrict beer sale/consumption hours by jurisdiction

An Emergency Ordinance to amend Chapter 4, Article II, Section 4-32 of the Knoxville City Code to provide that the hours for sale and consumption of beer on premises may be restricted further by any regulatory authority having jurisdiction.(Requested by Mayor Kincannon)
