A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property located at 2542 Fair Drive by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, for an amount not to exceed $65,000.00 to alleviate flooding issues.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
