Approve application for 2020 CMAQ Grant for Traffic Management Systems.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a 2020 Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Grant from the Tennessee Department of Transportation in the amount of $4,060,000.00 with no City match, to provide funding for the Advanced Traffic Management Systems Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
