Approve Seventh Amendment to operating contract for Downtown Cinema.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Seventh Amendment to the operating contract with the Public Building Authority and the Industrial Development Board for the Downtown Cinema, Inc., Document No. C-07-0191, with respect to the property management of the Downtown Cinema, to extend the term for one additional year at an annual cost of $75,711.00.(Requested by Finance Department)
