An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $100,000.00 from the Community Agency Grants Budget and donating same to the Knox Education Foundation to support its efforts to secure internet access for local K-12 students.(Requested by Administration)
On December 1, 2020, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Appropriate $100,000 to Knox Education Foundation for K-12 internet access.” by a vote of 9–0.
