A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation for Phase II infrastructure improvements at Austin Homes, along Summit Hill Drive, Harriet Tubman Street, and Bell Street as part of the Austin Homes Master Plan, in an amount not to exceed $4,500,000.00.(Requested by Community Development Department)
