A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with the Arts and Culture Alliance of Greater Knoxville to provide an amount not to exceed $75,000.00 in HUD ESG-CV funds for Homelessness Prevention services, through its GRACE fund program, as part of the City’s response to COVID-19.(Requested by Community Development Department)
