A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to consent to the assignment of Kiger Management, LLC's and Waterfront Development Corporation's rights, title, and interest in the premises and the leases for the property located at 956 Volunteer Landing Lane, CLT # 095JB014.05, to CITM, LLC, subject to final approval by the Tennessee Valley Authority.(Requested by Finance Department)
