A Resolution expressing appreciation to the Boyd Foundation for the donation of $250,000.00 toward the construction of five (5) new dog parks within the City of Knoxville and authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to accept said donation.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
