Authorize Mayor to apply for and accept USTA grant for West Hills Park tennis courts

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant donation up to $81,000.00 from the United States Tennis Association (USTA), USTA Southern Section and USTA Tennessee, to help offset the costs of the construction of four (4) new tennis courts at West Hills Park.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
