An Ordinance to close a portion of East Summit Hill Drive between South Bell Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, Matt Brazille, Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc., Applicant. On December 15, 2020, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Close portion of East Summit Hill Drive and authorize quitclaim deeds” by a vote of 9–0.
