Authorize Mayor to apply for and accept a 2021 Financial Empowerment Center Planning Grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and if awarded, accept a 2021 Financial Empowerment Center Planning Grant from the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund in the amount of $20,000.00 with no City match for implementation of the planning phase to embed financial empowerment strategies into our ongoing work of equity and inclusion.(Requested by Office of Community Empowerment)
