A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Air Rights Easement with GEDR Knoxville Project, LLC to allow a proposed building at the 2100 Block of Cumberland Avenue to span the public right-of-way of the alley located between S. Twenty First Street and Twenty Second Street.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
