Authorize Mayor to apply for and accept Appalachia High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept an Appalachia High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area grant in the amount of $161,500.00, with no required matching funds, from the U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration, as part of the multi-jurisdictional law enforcement agency efforts in combating narcotics crimes, to be used to fund officer overtime.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
