A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $480,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund to 4th Purpose Realty, LLC for the development of 16 affordable housing units, 15 of which will serve qualified low income households, and 1 of which will serve a live-in manager, to be located at 211 Jessamine St.(Requested by Community Development Department)
