Authorize Mayor to apply for and accept 2021 Edward Byrne Criminal Justice Innovation Grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept the 2021 Edward Byrne Criminal Justice Innovation Program Grant from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, in the amount of $1,000,000.00, with no required local match, for funding of efforts to combat serious and violent crimes.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
