Authorize Mayor to contract with Messer Construction for Public Safety Complex redevelopment

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Messer Construction Company to perform and complete all final work for the redevelopment and construction of the Public Safety Complex, Project No. 9018, at the historic St. Mary's Campus site with an estimated completion date of August of 2022, for an amount not to exceed $47,513,000.00.(Requested by Administration)
