Authorize submission of CDBG/ESG proposals and amendments to 2019-2021 Action Plans
A Resolution authorizing the submission of Community Development Block Grant and Emergency Solutions Grant program funding proposals under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, and Substantial Amendments to the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 Annual Action Plans for Housing and Neighborhood Development to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any associated documents and certifications.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)
