Approve Certificate of Compliance for KNX400, LLC d/b/a Earth Fare wine license

A Resolution approving the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance to KNX400, LLC d/b/a Earth Fare relative to its application to the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission for a Retail Food Store Wine License.(Requested by Finance Department)

On May 4, 2021, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve Certificate of Compliance for KNX400, LLC d/b/a Earth Fare wine license” by a vote of 8–0.
