A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, in fee simple and for easements within twelve tracts of real property as part of the Lancaster Drive Sidewalk Improvements Project for a total amount not to exceed $575,000.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
