Resolution authorizing Mayor to amend agreement with Volunteer Ministry Center for Foyer restrooms

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a First Amendment to Agreement No. C-20-0278 with Volunteer Ministry Center to provide an additional $58,342.00 in ESG-CV funds for rehabilitation/construction of the public restroom facilities at The Foyer and to extend the term of the Agreement to allow time for completion of this work, as part of the City's response to COVID-19.(Requested by Department of Housing and Neighborhood Development)
