Authorize agreement with Change Center for youth enrichment

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Change Center to support youth enrichment services in Knoxville starting in the summer of 2021 and to provide additional services in support of Empower Knox and other City initiatives in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00.(Requested by Administration)
