Amend subgrantee agreement with Knoxville-Knox County CAC

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to a subgrantee agreement with Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee, Document No. C-21-0107, to increase the funding to provide an additional $20,000.00 in HUD ESG-CV funding, for a new total contract amount not to exceed $120,000.00, and to increase the number served from 60 to 70 families and senior citizens in the City of Knoxville who are experiencing homelessness during the Covid-19 Pandemic.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)
