Authorize subgrantee agreement with Knoxville Leadership Foundation

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with Knoxville Leadership Foundation to provide $316,800.00 in HUD CDBG-CV funding for housing stability services for households impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, with a specific emphasis on youth aging out of foster care, as part of the City's response to Covid-19.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)

On June 1, 2021, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Authorize subgrantee agreement with Knoxville Leadership Foundation” by a vote of 8–0.
